Heidi is a helpful tool that we use as it allows your clinician to focus entirely on you during your visit while still allowing them to accurately capture medical information, ensuring a comprehensive and precise record of your care.

Is my information safe?

Yes! Heidi health tool follows all the rules to keep your details private. It records your consultation, makes notes, and then deletes the recording.

Heidi health tool adheres to stringent UK compliance frameworks, including the Data Protection Act, GDPR, and NHS data safety standards. This ensures that your personal information is handled securely and confidentially. All data is hosted within the UK, enhancing security and compliance with local data protection regulations.

Audio is used for generating notes and not stored permanently. This is processed and then deleted immediately, ensuring your data remains private and secure

Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities. If you prefer not to have Heidi health tool involved, please do let your clinician/administrative staff know. This will not affect the quality of care you receive.
