The Practice Manager is responsible for non-clinical management of the practice and is assisted by a friendly, hardworking team including a prescribing support technician, administration staff, and receptionists.

The administration team deal with all office administration including patient referrals, incoming and outgoing post and hospital correspondence.

Our reception team will book appointments, take messages, answer general enquiries, arrange home visits and print prescriptions, liaising with all members of the practice team which helps with the smooth running of the surgery.

All of our staff are bound by our confidentiality policy.
